The river isn’t the only thing that sparkles. The Harrah's Laughlin's Poker Room features the "23 Jewels on the River," promotion. The "23 jewels" refers to the 23 possible winning hands: ten straight flush jewel possibilities  and 13 four-of-a-kind possibilities. Each jewel is tied to a progressive jackpot that is updated daily at opening, and there is no hand to beat in order to win the jewel value.
