Experience cuisines from around the globe at the Fresh Market Square Buffet. The all-you-can-eat buffet features more than 162 entrees freshly prepared at eleven action stations. A delectable array of desserts, ice cream and espresso station as well as an overflowing chocolate fountain complete the delicious offerings. The expanded seating includes designated areas for Seven Star, Diamond and Platinum Total Rewards members.
Friday Seafood Buffet:
The seafood dinner buffet is available on Friday evenings. The seafood menu features dishes such as shrimp scampi, seafood diablo, snow crab legs, oysters Rockfeller, oysters-on-the-half-shell, clams, mussels with Cajun cream, clams casino, halibut with chimchuri, blacken catfish, salmon with lemon and herb butter, seafood with Kung Pao sauce, Manhattan clam chowder, New England clam chowder, spicy crab salad and more.
Saturday Steak Night Buffet:
Features hearty dishes such as Black Angus prime rib, slow roasted pork leg, Korean short ribs, slow-roasted tom turkey with sage butter, potato bar, New York steak cooked to order, burger bar, sweet chili and ginger hot wings, ranch-style fried chicken and more.
Sunday Brunch Buffet:
A delectable menu featuring smoked salmon and bagels, fresh breads, imported cheeses, Chef Joe's speciality salad, slow roasted top round with au jus, gourmet speciality quiche, bone-in ham, slow roasted tom turkey with sage butter, slow roasted pork leg with Habanero mango glaze, assorted crepes, orange-ginger peel and eat shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, Asian shrimp salad and more.
